- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I took my 15 year old son to Baptist because he woke up with unbearable pain due to mononucleosis. In spite of his pain, and the fact that we were in a hospital, did not change the fact that it was a pleasant experience from the moment we walked through the doors. The intake person at the desk was sweet, Elena, the tech was great. The two RNs, Michelle and Taylor were beyond amazing. Dr. Keller had great bedside manner and was a very clear in his explanation of my son's diagnosis. My son and I were very impressed with the attention and care that we were given. I would not hesitate for one minute if we needed to go again. Thank you Elena, Michelle, Taylor and Dr. Keller. I know I am missing one more person, but I cannot remember her name.
