  Nothing good to say about this place. Where to begin. The staff is disrespectful and lazy. Especially, Gisele in the post-op room. Everywhere except the new patient lounge is filthy and looks like doctor's rooms out of the third world. They usually have 15 people in the waiting room, but only 5 chairs, so you have to stand for hours, even just hours after surgery. One of the staff that hates it here confided in us that the doctors listed don't even perform much of the surgery. Apparently, the bulk of the surgery is done by unlicensed Cuban doctors, and the American doctors just review the work. For every appointment after you've paid, you have to wait several hours. We got to the post-op at 11:30, and one of the patients in the lobby had been waiting since 9:30. Avoid this shady place like the plague (you might get that here too).
