  I had a consult with another “famous” surgeon who I won’t name before I came here and after waiting in his office for over an hour, he barely gave me the time of day. When I came to see Dr. Craft I was in shock and awe at how professional his staff was! His assistant offered me flat or sparkling water and instead of a gown they use this plush robes. I barely waited 5 minutes to see Dr. Craft and he was in the exam room with me for a little under an hour. He understood exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to push any sizes on me. I wanted a more natural, modest approach because I’m smaller than an A cup and he was so supportive of that. He is by far the MOST helpful surgeon I have ever met, he was drawing me pictures and giving me different options. Additionally, he even encourages you to seek other opinions because he genuinely cares about what you are comfortable with. On the day of the surgery everyone was fantastic and he even came in the room holding 4 or 5 boxes of different sizes because he wanted to be certain everything was perfect. After the surgery he gives you his cell phone and he is available 24/7 (but he has a beautiful wife and daughter so try not to abuse him lol). I know a few women who have turned to him after other plastic surgeons have botched the job and they are just as happy, if not more, as I am.
