  First of ALL ...... THey did settle my claim after my Bicycle was stolen but they required receipts or pictures or proof for every ITEM MISSING ( who keeps receipts 5 year old stuff ) ......... ! So , try to find that stuff in YOUR life ! who knows where ..... , was that receipt box back in the shed in Alabama. Did Mom have it ? Safety Deposit Box. Were we given THAT , or was it purchase, go through old picture logs trying to find now stolen mower i nthe background.... etc etc etc The Supervising Adjuster ( or whatever ) said my coverage was limited to $1500 because the stuff was outside the house in the backyard. The initial adjuster was unfamiliar with the $1500 special limit on the Policy . Wha ? This bombshell was AFTER we went about trying to find receipts and pictures of our missing items. We're talking hours and yours of looking searching and compiling ? I complained to the President and the Adjuster called me all upset that i turned to over-her-head for the complaint !

  This company is a scam. Sent two seperate adjusters who both claimed when here that they see the damage for what it is and how we should have help. Both reviews were supposed to be shared and sent for our records. We never saw either but someone in the office denied our claim saying our busted water heater damage is now somehow a long term damage issue. Although there was NO water damage at all to the home prior. What a rip off they are. Using the fact that they are needed to get paid and Rob their customers. If there was any other option, I'd suggest trying it. This company is the worst.
