  Dr. Albert saved my daughter's life......literally. He was my OB for my son's birth back in 1993. I gave birth to my son at 36 weeks. Dr. Albert told me that the next time I was pregnant that he would monitor my pregnancy as of the 26 week mark to prevent a premature birth for my 2nd child. Fortunately, my Romi was healthy and only kept in the hospital for 3 days after birth for observation. Four years later I was pregnant and went back to Dr. Albert for prenatal care. He kept his word....... I was monitored as of my 26th week. Turns out I had an irritable uterus. I was always 110 lbs. (wet) and 5'4". I was an athletic person and apparently my uterus/body didn't want to hold a baby. He called my job and asked H.R. to put me on disability for the next 10-14 weeks. My last exam showed that I was having contractions at 26 weeks even though I didn't feel them. My baby girl (in utero) could've been born with a number of different disabilities. Furthermore, Dr. Albert put me on a T-Bar medication (used to treat asthma patients to calm their bronchials)....... (used on pregnant women to calm their uterus). Very safe and effective. The T-bar and bed rest got me through the next 12 weeks and I had a beautiful baby girl.... Mia Juliet. Born at 38 weeks and very healthy. If Dr. Albert hadn't taken such good care of me, only God knows what the outcome would've been. I'm grateful for his professionalism, honesty and concern. When Mia gets pregnant one day, I hope that Dr. Albert will see her through one of the greatest experiences of her life. Stay well Dr. Albert!!! We need you.
