- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family has been cared for by King's Bay Pediatrics for over 7 years. My husband and I have 4 small children so needless to say we frequent the pediatrician more than most. The entire staff including doctors, nurses, and front desk have always been ready and willing to provide exceptional service the moment we need it. The office is always quick to accommodate a last minute appointment before closing time or even squeeze you in on a Saturday because as we all know kids seem to get sick at the most inconvenient times. A few reviews have mentioned wait times and I think that is an important factor for parents. Though it is true I have had to wait for a few appointments on the SICK side, I have to assume it is due to the fact that they really try not turn any sick kiddos away. That being said patients are seen by appointment and those needing care more quickly may be seen first. Furthermore I cant say I have ever had to wait past my appointment while on the WELL child side. That side without a doubt moves very quickly and along the scheduled appointment time. As a parent I usually have a few questions each visit regarding my child's health for both sick and well visits. My questions are always answered, never hurried and my opinion is valued. This may in turn lead to a visit that runs over the scheduled time but I am sure the same care and attention is granted to the next patient. They even have open hours just for vaccinations where no appointment is needed. Miami is a fast paced city where we all carry busy schedules however your child's health is not the occasion to be rushed. If you are look for professional and caring pediatric physicians, this is definitely the place to be.September 11, 2017by My Family
