  When my family went through the most devastating time of having to put our most loved pet to sleep this establishment was most professional to realize our pain but most importantly the pain of our family and loved dog ace. They made it as least painful and most easily understood as it could be. They seemed to understand the quality of life but also the pain of suffering and made it clear that the time had come but that it was our choice. When it came down to it they knew what they were dealing with like how a hospital that cares for people. I thank them and so I had to review so others also know what a class act this veterinarian can be.

  Yesterday we had to rush our precious cat “ Muffin” to Town and Country Hospital, since the moment we walked in to this hospital we felt the empathy, compassion and how the staff truly care for our pet. The Doctor and staff immediately provided her with medical attention and did all theycould do for her but unfortunately our loved Muffin lost the battle and did not make it. We were devastated and deeply saddened by the loss of our pet but their emphatic and compassionate response during this difficult time helped us ease this very sad moment. We thank the Doctor and staff at the Town and Country Hospital for their compassion and kindness during this difficult situation when most needed. We miss our Muffin very much. Alex and Isabel
