For standard consumers you will be treated horribly however on the enterprise level its fast turn-around (with an expensive price tag for this service). The protection plans are extremely expensive its always cheaper to just buy another phone or fix it vs wait time from Assurant. tl;dr its expensive unless you read the fine details and return extremely fast (better use tracking on your return package).May 21, 2017by Elvis Vasquez

The leads/supervisors at this company are total assholes!! It's been over a year that I worked for them through a staffing agency, and am glad that I am no longer working there!
