I love the idea of seeing the same doctor when visiting (It builds a rapport between patient and doctor). The doctor I see is always professional, kind, genuine, and I can tell he truly cares about people. I'm glad you have him on the staff ! The assistants I have encountered are just as kind. I'm glad someone told my sister about South Dade Family Dentistry and my sister told me. My dentist forever !

  This clinic doesn't even deserve 1 star. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in what this clinic has to offer as Customer Service for new clients. My appointment was at 5 pm, I arrived around 4:40 to fill out the necessary paper work. From 4:40 until 6:15 I haven't seen the Dr what so ever. Upon that time the receptionist felt the need that at 6:15 was the appropriate time to notify me that the Dr was in surgery and I won't be seen, since it's passed 6 PM and we're technically closed. Absolutely atrocious customer service. The whole, almost 2 hours, the clinic team never knew that this Dr was having "complications" with his surgery? Save your time and go to another clinic.
