- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪some of the doctor's are amazing - Dr. Brian Dougherty and Dr. Edward Hillman, particularly - BUT getting through the legislative MAZE that is your telephone system is riduculously frustrating. When someone is sick - they shouldn't have to wait on hold for 15 minutes only to be shoved from person to person and nobody knows what they're talking about.. they promise to call back and they never do. It's very unfortunate that stellar doctors like these will lose long time patients like me because you've turned your office into a factory mill where nobody cares about the patients.
