- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called Dr. Nester's office to get a copy of my biopsy result .The person who answered the phone wanted to know exactly what date the biopsy was done. since I did not remember the date I asked her to look it up in the system. She got very upset for no reason and hung up the phone. after 10 minutes of call Mrs. Bee picked up the phone and she was able to get the information to me. I asked Mrs. Bee to give me the lady's name who kept hanging up on me. she found out it was Silvia. My word to Silvia: If you are not happy with customer service occupation there is no reason for you to waste your life and people's time. look for something you enjoy. Then they recommended a $2,000 cool laser treatment for "indentations" that they claimed will take a while to show results.
