  This BASTARD is the most egocentric, REPUGNANT, UNCONCERNED, UNPLEASANT doctor in South Florida. The Rheumatology Research Foundation should be ashamed of praising a living OGRE, but i have learn my lesson, anytime I go to a doctor I will look for reviews because the last thing I want to do is going to a doctor that has Adolf Hitler personality, NARCISSISTIC, with a grandiose sense of self importance lacking on empathy and his arrogant ways make his staff literally defecate in their pants. I reported this pretentious, egotistic monster to the Florida Board of Medicine and his practice to BBB. Treating patients the wrong way will leave a very sour taste in his practice and his life. NEVER EVER GO THERE even if he is the last doctor on earth. P.S. I will give hime a negative 5 stars if the app allow me.

  I personally have been see ing this specialist since 2005. Sure he may appear not warm and fuzzy. But his superior expertise makes up for that. If you need coddling, don't go to Gayliss; otherwise there's no one better in the south east US. The worst thing about Dr Gayliss is his location. Aventura; always traffic. If that's all there is that's bad, go for the Service.
