  First review, third visit during the past three years to this MDNOW Kendal, Miami, location. Each urgent visit is the same: comfortable and supportive waiting-area chairs in a very large and airy room, chilled drinking water, sanitary hand wipes and lotion available to those waiting. Additionally, this office has disposable breathing masks, which I greatly appreciate. No blaring TVs, thankfully. A soothing and quiet environment. Easy parking. Check-in is a simple process guided by a caring woman. The medical technicians (unsure of their medical titles) quickly and calmly measure blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, temperature, and review reasons for medical visit. The longest wait for a doctor to come into the examination room has been 4-5 minutes only. Of the three doctors that I have had experience with, all were kind, patient, caring, and thorough. I always feel that I am in very good hands---that all of my concerns are addressed and treated. Reasons for my urgent care: to lower high blood pressure, lower fast heart rate and palpitations (due to tachycardia and anxiety), and treat breathing problems (due to asthma and emphysema). Prescriptions are electronically sent to the pharmacy, although a limited number of prescriptions are available on site. September 17, 2017

  Very friendly atmosphere. I didnt spend too much time in there, any question I had, doctor had patience to answer everything always with good attitude. This is my second time there and experience overall was great.
