- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is a scam. To start off I told them to check how much of the payment my insurance covered before I went in but they said it's fine they will check when I get there then I get there & there's a problem with my insurance so they said they would start anyway. I also told them very clearly to begin with that I needed a deep cleaning because I already went to another dentist & did my x rays 3 months ago & never went in for the deep cleaning but they did the x rays again anyways. So with out doing a cleaning that I clearly need since 3 months ago & doing x rays I already had done, I ended up losing $80 again out of pocket because they're inexperience & don't like to listen to the client which obviously knows more than them & they're "professionals". So basically in 3 months I've gone to the dentist 2 times & haven't had anything done in my mouth besides x rays & pictures. Very dissatisfied. & to top it off the woman in the front deck was very nasty. NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't even recommend this dentist to a dog.September 25, 2017by Adria Reviews
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Katherine, the hygienist, is the best in the business. She’s extremely friendly and upbeat which is always great for a dental facility with all of their sharp tools. It’s taken me a while to find a great facility and friendly place in Miami, but I’m happy to say Katherine (along with all the other ladies) have made my search worthwhile!September 13, 2017by Chris Driver
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went there today for my first visit and loved it (as much as someone can "love" the dentist)! The staff was very inviting. I wish I could remember everyone's names but Erica and Isaac were excellent at making the experience as quick and comfortable as possible; I was even offered a blanket if I was cold. The woman who did my cleaning was wonderful and distracted me with her expansive knowledge about music and Dr. Nahon was great and open to any questions I had. All in all it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this place to others.February 10, 2017by Annie Melbourne
